Iron Recertification
Full NDT recertification per API-6A and ASME-BPVC: visual, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and hydrotest.
Iron recertification, wet mag, tub scooping, and maintenance for the East Texas oilfield. In-shop or on your location. Built around safety, NDT standards, and fast turnaround.
Four core capabilities that keep your iron certified, clean, and back on the pad.
Full NDT recertification per API-6A and ASME-BPVC: visual, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and hydrotest.
Wet magnetic particle inspection that finds tight fatigue cracks dry methods miss.
Specialized cleanout service that gets returning iron ready for inspection and recertification.
Post-job programs that keep iron service-ready between runs.
Multi-step program for high-pressure flow iron used in hydraulic fracturing and flowback: plug valves, swivels, check valves, tees, crosses, elbows, and pup joints. Asset tracking, teardown and rebuild, sandblast and repaint, visual inspection, ultrasonic wall thickness, magnetic particle inspection, and hydrotest. Equipment rated 2,000 to 20,000 PSI is returned to service safely and on time.
Wet magnetic particle inspection (MT) uses ferrous particles suspended in a liquid carrier to detect surface and near-surface defects down to ~30 microns. Especially effective in thread roots and on sealing surfaces where dry methods leave flaws hidden. Performed in-shop with consistent technique and documentation.
Cleanout service for iron returning from a job. We prep equipment so it can move directly into inspection and recertification with no slowdowns.
Cleaning, repacking, seal replacement, banding, and minor repairs after every job. A consistent maintenance program extends iron service life, catches wear before it becomes a problem, and keeps your fleet ready for the next pad.
